We LOVE contrast hot & cold therapy. Being in both the sauna and learning how to steady our minds and nervous systems in cold water was amazing for us! We decided we wanted to build our own Nordic Spa retreat so that we could share our love of it with others. Thank you for coming to spend your time with us at Setri!

A track athlete and a university student, Miles isn't here as much as we'd like anymore, but he's always game to up his recovery with a few Nordic rounds. If he's here he could be your sauna host :)

Max is also off to university and crushing it behind the oars rowing for The Vikes. The nest is feeling a little empty...If you see Max on the property he's most likely splitting wood for the stove...

Isla is definitely enjoying her time in the Nordic Spa! We've been enjoying her too. Having great chats while we sauna and cold plunge together. She's dug down into her studies and too many activities to count. If she's around you'll get a big smile and a wave!
